About the Event
Hosted by Gav Cross: Storyteller, do join us for the most ancient of pastimes, the sharing of stories. Mix in our unique interpretation of storytelling; traditional tales, myths, legends, local lore, laughter, song, poetry & even good old conversation; and we promise you a good night out.
Knowsley is the Liverpool City Region Borough of Culture and with the theme of storytelling being at its heart, we want to give you a good night out.
This months special guest is Nana Funk:
"Nana Funk is a Cabaret and Burlesque performer who shows that being awesome transcends age. Since 2013, Nana has been entertaining audiences all over the UK. Her creator, Angie Waller has performed all over the world since 1994.
Nana Funk brings together Burlesque, Improvisation, Clowning and Music to create her own versatile and unique style. ”
Plus we will be mixing in local bards from our ‘Telling Tales’ storytelling workshop.
